the idea for the essay is that the fatal flaw of chatbots is every message gets a response and you just get sucked into this loop, what if it was just asynchronous ... remind me friday about sending Jane the deck ... the insight for the brainstorm doc is that conversation is overhead and back and forth is wasted energy ... drop the tutorial from onboarding just show the three screens ... we should do dinner somewhere new this weekend, maybe that Ethiopian place Sarah mentioned ... note to self the thing about good tools is they disappear, you stop noticing them, put that in the pitch somewhere ... um the copy on the features page is too long, cut it in half and lead with the speed thing ... remind me to call Peter back, he called while I was in that meeting ... the onboarding asks too many questions up front, just let people in and ask later ... also the homepage needs like a comparison section, look into that ... tell Marcus the wednesday meeting is pushed to three ... the logo should be more minimal, more zen ... research what the top five apps in our category do for their empty states ... the whole point is you shouldn't have to stop what you're doing to write something down ... update the app store screenshots with the new ones from this morning ... remind me to cancel that free trial before it renews on thursday ... the whole settings screen needs to be simplified, there's too many toggles nobody uses ... add to the essay brain dump that I want to talk to my AI agents as little as possible where they still get the job done ... uh schedule the retrospective for next tuesday afternoon ... pick up milk on the way home ...
