1. Acceptance

By using Dispatch, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Dispatch records voice and saves it to your device. If you connect Google Drive, recordings are uploaded to your Drive account. No accounts with us, no cloud processing.

3. Your Content

You own your recordings. Dispatch does not claim any rights to content you create. We never access, view, or store your recordings.

4. Google Drive

Connecting Google Drive is optional. When enabled, Dispatch uploads recordings to your Google account using Google's APIs. Your use of Google Drive is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

5. No Warranty

Dispatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or that recordings won't be lost.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New York Artificial Intelligence LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Dispatch, including lost recordings, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
